The reporter asked, “Your family has been with you all the time, not just in the past month or so, but in the past seven years, including your brother and wife. What will they say to you at home?”
Yokiki: “More than seven years, I have been like this all my life. My wife and I have been together for 10 years. My family and my parents always support me, especially my father, he always thinks I can do better, just like Jamal (haha), I want to do more things.
“When I came to the new city, my brother played this role. He lived with me. My brother Nemanja. He used to live here, I think he has lived for 7 or 9 years, about 15 years. We are together and it is a wonderful journey.
“To be honest, when I came to America, I was very happy to be with them. When you were a child, when you were young, you always wanted to be with your brothers. I wouldn’t say I was happier, but being with them was happier than playing NBA.”
