Speaking of James’s possible retirement, Jabbar said: “At the end of the season, after everything this season, most of James and the Lakers seemed to have gone through two seasons. Do you know? But they still make great efforts.”

“I think it depends on him. Of course, he doesn’t need to prove anything now. This (retirement) is what he wants to do now.” Jabbar said.

In February 8 this year, James surpassed Jabbar to become the scoring king in NBA history.
